2017 IOBG Annual Convention & Ball Fundraiser
District 7 members of the IOBG and IOBGA,
It is once again time to begin fundraising for the 2017 IOBG Convention and Ball which will be held in Cleveland in October of 2017 honoring President Elect Tony Durieux and Lady Sandi. We will once again raffle off a cooler that will include 25-30 1 liter bottles of premium spirits. This fundraiser was well received when held for Past International President Joel Kay.
The cost of a raffle ticket is $5.00 and the drawing will be held at the GCBA Rendezvous on June 24, 2017.
We are asking for donations of premium spirits from D-7 officers, past officers and IOBG chapters. I have attached a list of suggested premium spirits and we will be willing to purchase them for you at a lower price than normally offered. In order to prevent multiple choices of the same spirit, please email me with your choice and I will fill it in on the list of donors. If that spirit has already been spoken for, I will let you know and you will be able to pick a second choice. If you already have a spirit you would like to donate, I will be happy to make arrangements to pick it up. A portion of the proceeds from the raffle will benefit the IOBG Humanitarian Foundation.
With your assistance, we hope to make this fundraiser a huge success, both to help offset the cost of the Convention and Ball and also to benefit the Humanitarian Foundation.
